This page is a starting structure, not legal advice, and it is not complete. It covers this WEBSITE. The terms under which you use the app itself are the store’s license plus whatever you add to it, and those are a separate document — do not fold them into this one. This is template text: consult a lawyer and adapt every paragraph before publishing.

Who these terms are with

Quillmark, Sheffield, United Kingdom. Add your registered company name, company number and registered address here. A trading name alone is not an identification, and in several jurisdictions the full detail is a legal requirement rather than a courtesy.

What this site is

A set of pages describing an app that is distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Nothing is sold here. Buying, installing and updating the app all happen in the store, under the store’s own terms and the developer terms attached to them.

What is written here about the app

The release notes, the permission list and the collected-data declaration are kept to match the store listing at the time of the release named at the top of each page. If this site and the store listing disagree, the store listing is the one to trust — it is the one shown at the moment of installing, and it is the one the platform holds the developer to.

Report a disagreement to the support address. It is a defect in this site, not a difference of opinion.

Accuracy and availability

The pages are kept accurate as far as we can. A supported-version line is the minimum the build was tested against rather than a statement about hardware we have never seen, so it does not tell you that a given release will run on a given device.

The site may be unavailable while it is being updated.

Links to the stores

Links to the App Store and Google Play lead to pages we do not control and whose terms are their own. The store badges and names belong to their owners; this site links to them and claims nothing else.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and images on this site belong to Quillmark unless they say otherwise. If your site ships third-party assets, list them here with their licenses — a line saying “some assets are licensed” is not a list.

Liability

This section has to be written for your jurisdiction and cannot be filled in from a template. The limits that are enforceable in one country are void in another, and a clause copied from the wrong one leaves you with neither the protection nor the honesty.

Governing law
