Exports now carry the photos as well as the text, and a survey can be reopened after it has been closed.

- An export includes attached photos in a folder beside the CSV, named by record so the two can be matched back up.
- A closed survey can be reopened for seven days. After that it stays closed, because a survey that can always be edited is not a record.

- The location stamp shows its accuracy in metres next to the coordinates rather than in a tooltip.
Fixed
- A record created while the device clock was being corrected by the network could end up dated a few seconds before the record above it.
